submitted by Mirko P. - Apr 17, 2020|Recommended: YesMy feelings amidst of this COVID-19 outbreak — Right now things are not ideal with the virus that is affecting everyone and our lobby, gym, study rooms and any kind of social gathering is discouraged what I'm not in favor of. Honestly the property is extremely well maintained and kept clean most times. Access to campus from the property is great and comute is short in any mean of travel. I wish that insulation on walls is better but nothing can be perfect.

response from property - Apr 20, 2020Hey Mirko! Thanks so much for taking the time to leave us a review. It is definitely a difficult and interesting time that we are living in but we are hopeful that things will soon pass. Thank you for being such an amazing resident here at Abri! Love, Abri Management

submitted by Tiffany M. - Apr 17, 2020|Recommended: YesWonderful apartments and amazing staff. — Honestly these are the best apartments I've ever lived in. I know the price looks a little steep but the location is great because it's right next to downtown and the apartments are spacious. The staff are super accommodating and do everything they can to work with you in any kind of situation. Maintenance requests are always taken care of in a timely fashion. Probably one of the best apartments to be in if you have a ESA animal because it's all hardwood floor and really nice short carpet. There's paperwork to do to get you ESA approved, but the managers don't give you too much grief so long as you get everything turned in in a timely manner.

response from property - Apr 20, 2020Hi Tiffany! Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us such a thoughtful review. You have been such a joy to have and we love that you've chosen Abri as your home away from home. Have a wonderful rest of your day! Love, Abri Management

submitted by MayLee E. - Apr 10, 2020|Recommended: YesWonderful Apartments — The parking is a little interesting, the only thing I struggled with here was people parking my assigned parking spot.

response from property - Apr 20, 2020Hey MayLee! Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. The parking lot is definitely tricky in the winter months, but we try to do our best to get it cleared as much as possible. :) We loved having you live with us here at Abri! Have a wonderful day! submitted by Autumn E. - Apr 01, 2020|Recommended: YesIt was a great apartment for my first semester — Living at the Abri apartments was great, the people were very nice The gym was great, the location was good, but unfortunately it was a little bit too expensive for me so i will not be coming back but I did enjoy my first semester living here

submitted by Jacob N. - Mar 04, 2020|Recommended: YesAbri is great — Living at Abri is great for the most part. The building and apartments look good and are well maintained, the gym and lounge are also great. The parking is awful. The layout of the parking lot is the worst I've ever seen. Tandem parking and even the overall layout of the parking lot are truly awful. If you plan on using your car whenever you want to, don't live at Abri.

response from property - Mar 06, 2020Hey Jacob, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. You must have a tandem parking spot. Assigned parking in the Winter semester can definitely be difficult, especially in a tandem spot. However, we are working closely to come up with a solution for next Winter semester. Thank you for your feedback! Have a wonderful day. :) -Abri Management
