|Recommended: YesMy Favorite Place So Far — This is my favorite complex I've lived at in three years of going to school here. The management is friendly and helpful, the apartments and surrounding architecture are lovely, and the parking wasn't too expensive. One complaint though, the neighbors were incredibly loud, and our apartment was often the one chastised for getting on our neighbor's nerves when we told them to quiet down. That aside, I love Abri.

|Recommended: YesNice place to live, a little expensive, but overall a great experience — It's nice, I feel at home, the rooms are a good size, management is nice, and because it's new, it's still pretty nice. I love the area, it's close to everything I need, and I like that parking is assigned, so I always have a spot. The clubhouse is nice, has a lot of cool features, and having a gym is cool.

|Recommended: YesGreat Place — I enjoy living at the Abri. I was worried about the experience since I lived at Northpoint for so long and got to know the staff there, but I've been able to connect with the management here. They all know me by name and greet me whenever I see them. They've been fantastic to work with. I am loving the apartment too. The only thing that I have a hard time with on occasion is the way the sound carries in the apartments. But otherwise it's been a great place to live

|Recommended: YesLiving at Abri — Abri is honestly a good place to live. It's nice but I feel overpriced. The building was quickly built and so there are little things that could be better. Management is good, however since the change over I never see them unless its time for clean checks. Parking is not very great. Its way too expensive and no one honors the parking, almost daily there has been someone parked in my spot. The apartments are nice, but there is no storage. Overall I have enjoyed Abri but I can't afford to pay for this especially looking at what I'm paying for.
|Recommended: YesI like how spacious, modern and comfortable is living at the Abri, — I like living at Abri but make sure your roommates do not have an emotional support animal or if they do that the animal is actually certified and really is a ESA animal. It is uncomfortable to have an animal that barks all the time and that you cannot walk around your apartment comfortably because that animal will bark at you.

|Recommended: YesThe beautiful Abri housing complex is a friendly, comfortable, new place to live — Living at the Abri is the best. Not only is management friendly, but they are also super helpful. Each apartment unit is beautiful. It has great features, like in-apartment free washer and dryers, dishwasher, heating and A C, and 2 fridges. All windows also open A great plus for those cool fall spring nights. The bedrooms and bathrooms are large and functional. Love having a gym room in the complex. Study rooms and balconies are a fantastic extra feature.

|Recommended: YesGreat apartments terrible sound insulation — The abri apartments had friendly staff, great amenities, and aesthetically, they were so pretty. That being said, the sound insulation was absolutely terrible. I lived upstairs in the townhouse and could hear ever single word people would say downstairs, and vice versa. It was insane how much noise there was. If you have loud friends or are a loud person, I would not recommend living here. The space in the kitchen was also pretty poorly utilized in terms of storage, but not bad enough to repel me from living here. The noise is the only real problem, which doesn't sound too bad, but if you're bothered by noise- probably not the complex for you.
Kelly, we greatly appreciate your feedback. We are so sorry for the struggle with the noise. We are experimenting with some things to see if we can help eliminate that for you. As for the kitchen space, we do have the deluxe floorplan option which has more kitchen space/storage and might suit you a little better. We loved having you live here and will miss you! We hope you return in the future!
