|Recommended: YesI really like where it is located — I would say that it is nice to live at and that the atmosphere here is great. I like that you can still be involved but also relax and hang out on the grounds.
|Recommended: YesThe property is nice and well managed. The parking lot could be designed better to fit more vehicles but as not have any trapped amongst other vehicles. The location is good, close to campus. — It's a really nice place. Management will respond to any questions in a timely manor. Parking isn't the best but there is street parking that's free. The location is perfect and their is traffic on the main road but you can easily access side streets to avoid the main traffic.

|Recommended: YesNice apartment, a little pricey, has pros and cons — Nice apartment, a little pricey. Hot water doesn't last very long, and the kitchen sink takes a while to warm up. Uncomfortable study kitchen chairs. Relatively comfortable couches in the living area. Large kitchen with plenty of room. The bedroom would feel cramped if you don't reorient one of the beds. WiFi can be spotty, especially at certain locations in the apartment. The beds are pretty quiet. The bathrooms are pretty nice. Plenty of cupboard and drawer space. AC keeps apartment comfortable when the complex has the AC units activated. When AC is not activated, some bedrooms can get uncomfortably warm throughout the day. Includes nice amenities washer and dryer, dish washer, garbage disposal

|Recommended: YesThe housing is good, but the parking can be interesting. — The rooms are in good quality, but the parking can be a challenge depending on where you are assigned. If you don't have a vehicle there really is no down side.

|Recommended: YesIt is wonderful, clean, sophisticated, and feels like home. — It is awesome. The apartments are nice and the people are fun. Management is good and answers questions fast and listen to concerns. When you have a problem it gets fixed in appropriate time period. The social atmosphere is good as long as you make it good.

It is not old, so you don't have to worry about mold like other byu-i apartments I've lived at. The staff are timely and get the work you need to be done fast. You also get amazing amenities I would totally recommend living at the abri

|Recommended: YesQuality finishes, good amenities, positive experience. — Living here is pretty nice. The apartments are good sizes and have quality finishes. Management is easy to reach and work with and the resident portal is easy to navigate. The bedrooms are a little oddly laid out and you don't get to really pick your roommates, but for the price, it's a really good deal.

|Recommended: YesThe property is beautiful — So far, living here is a breeze. Management is helpful, residents are kind, and the buildings are beautiful. My only complaint is that there is limited storage. However, there is plenty of room for personal storage items.
